Providing the customers with more solutions than only traditional airfreight, MEGA INTERNATIONAL also offer further multi-modal transport solutions such as combining oceanfreight and airfreight, transit via Singapore and/or Dubai, providing clients with faster and more cost effective transportation.
The staff in the Air Freight Department has been well-trained to perform the following functions:
- Meeting with customer's representative and designated suppliers to review the nature of cago (hazardous, long length, fragile, high value, refrigerated...) and then Booking/Reserving the space with the most suitable air carriers.
- Consulting & choosing/booking for customers good transport means/airlines to save cost & time.
- Providing "Door to Door" services fast and timely.
- Collecting services by our own vehicles to meet pre-arranged booking.
- Our own House Air Waybills are issued promptly.
- Receiving to carry from a small parcel to big volume of cargo.
- Consolidating shipments from various suppliers in a country/state then airfreight to Vietnam under one shipment to save the cost for client.
- Providing supper fast services by "Hand-carry" from/to certain nations to/from Vietnam whether it is Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
