With well-trained and experienced staff in Sea Freight Department together with our Globle Network, MEGA INTERNATIONAL CO.,LTD, is capable of providing following works:
- Accepting to carry all kind of cargo such as: FCL, LCL, Breakbulks cargoes... and especiallly Project cargo from/to Vietnam.
- Providing "Door to Door" services fast & timely.
- Meeting with customer's representative and designated suppliers to review the materials or equipment or finished products... to be transported and consult all technical requirements.
- Receiving & recognizing kinds of cargo (normal, DG, chemical, liquid, high presure, explosive, radioactive sources...) to be suitable packaged with cargo & transport means.
- Consulting and choosing for customers good transport means/lines to save cost & safety.
- Supplying containers/ equipment to suit special requirements.
- Choosing and Booking/Reserving a space with the ocean carrier that most suitable to your cargo but less expenses.
- Undertaking all landside operations from Ex Works to F.O.B. including transport, packing, insurance and container stuffing either on site or at terminal.
- Attending to all your documentation requirements including the review of your Letter of Credit, the issue of Bills of Lading, legalization of invoices and other works.
- Consolidating all shipments at different suppliers in a country and ship them to Vietnam under one shipment to save costs for clients.
- For import shipments we send "Arrival Notice" promptly & timely. It helps customers prepare documents for customs clearance and get their goods quickly.
- For export shipment, timely prepare and dispatch shipping documents to destination for pre-clearance by our courier services. (If required)
